About Peri

Soulutions Therapy

One size does not fit all in therapy. Humans are complex. Overarching my work is the constant endeavor to listen attentively and holistically to clients tailoring a treatment plan that will best address and support each client’s specific needs and concerns.

Soulful and practical, my work integrates depth psychology, evidenced based therapies, neuroscience, somatic theories, expressive arts therapy, developmental theories, and family systems.

Some areas of focus include, co-dependency, relationship issues, grief and loss, phase of life transitions, anxiety, stress management, somatic issues, developmental trauma, narcissistic abuse, vocational matters, creative blocks, individuation, and 12-step program related support.

I approach therapy from a hopeful perspective, believing in the resiliency and capacity in humans to overcome obstacles and move beyond suffering. Therapy can open up new possibilities and create new options, leading to a more fulfilling life.
